Hi, I’m Nicole Milford, Realtor serving Northwest Indiana with a strong focus on St. John, Crown Point, Munster, Dyer, and surrounding communities, while still helping clients throughout Porter County and the lakefront areas near Chesterton and the Indiana Dunes.

Outside of real estate, I’m a mom first. My life revolves around my kiddos, creating a healthy home, cooking, remodeling, design, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. I love traveling, hiking, and finding inspiration in beautiful spaces and nature. That passion naturally carries into my work because I do not just see homes for their finishes or square footage. I see how they function for everyday life and how they can support the people living in them.
